SUMMER 2011

I would have considered this the best summer yet…ever. finally the freedom…the endless choices… the sun and beaches…friends and strangers… the new and old…the risks and mistakes…
BUT out of all the great moments..the awesome good times.. It only took ONE fucked up moment to tip the scale.  

So long…bittersweet summer.

For once, I’m pretty glad you’re over.

So the story goes…as there are many fortune-tellers or “manghuhula” in kiyapo, most of whom are located in front of the church…It’s hard to choose, mainly because…they all look sinister in a  mischievous way rather than a mysterious one. In the end, we chose this “lola”…a usual overly dressed, over-aged fortune-teller that seemed to be mysterious enough to be believable…(but mainly because she gave us a ‘discount :P)

What the fortune teller said:

• I am a wanderlust
• Money is: easy come easy go
• I am being envied at by a lot of people (warning me that I should take care of myself….because they are a lot and they are everywhere)
• I will soon go abroad (by May~keke)
• My future husband will be older than me…but he’s got everything I want 
• I will have a long life (O_o)
• There are ghosts in the house I currently am…watching me sleep (and yeah, this definitely creeped me out..big time >.<)
• Etc,etc,etc

There is a question and answer portion…where you get to pick 7 cards and ask a question…apparently the cards have the answer. Will not be revealing the answers as they aren’t really interesting (don’t believe them…) but a funny kwestion I asked was whether CB and I ever had a chance…answer? oh yes. then she lifted a card where this sharp wooden stake is stabbing something, blood oozing at its center…(oh damn) someone…no some people are hindering us. her advice? “give it up, he’s not for you” >.<

All in all..it felt bizarre yet funny, exciting albeit pointless…next time… I want a crystal ball >:<
